Band 6: £37,338 to £44,962 a year  FIXEDTERM  GOOD SALARY

  • To assess and provide the full range of care needs to develop, implement and evaluate care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period for women and their babies, working under supervision as required.
  • To always act in a manner consistent with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, carrying out his/her duties in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • To work within the community and acute services at Yeovil.
  • To provide effective leadership and to act as a good role model
  • To supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff, acting as a mentor
  • To work autonomously within guidelines and spheres of professional practice
  • To promote choice for women and promote an individualised service
