This includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.

Our preceptorship programme is well established and successful: we guide and support all Newly Qualified Nurses and ensure you have a structured period of transition to support you throughout your career.
