The NHS Wales General Management Graduate Trainee role is a two-year program based in Nantgarw with Health Education and Improvement Wales. The program is designed to develop future leaders in healthcare by providing extensive support, including orientation, structured placements across various NHS organisations, mentorship, and training. Trainees will be engaged in managing services, staff, and financial resources while promoting innovative and sustainable practices within the NHS. Candidates must hold or anticipate receiving a minimum 2:2 degree and demonstrate a commitment to public service and the values of NHS Wales. The position is a fixed-term contract for 23 months, with a preference for Welsh speakers.
