We are looking for a Support Workers to work with across our Bury St Edmund's & Stowmarket services supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, degenerative conditions and complex health needs What You’ll Be Doing: Every day’s different, but your role could include: Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community Providing personal care (with dignity and respect) Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
