We are looking for a confidentNight Care & Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts,nightsonly, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atDene Brook.Dene Brookis a specialist residential service in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
