Be part of a pioneering team at the National Rehabilitation Centre in Loughborough as an NRC Healthcare Support Worker with Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. In this hands-on role you'll support patients with complex rehabilitation needs, delivering personal care, safe manual handling and day-to-day support as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team. The post is permanent, full-time, Band 2 (£24,465 pa) and based at Stanford Hall Estate (LE12); you will help shape how the service operates as the centre prepares to open in late 2025.

This opportunity suits caring, organised people with a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent), knowledge of personal care and good communication — the Care Certificate and prior health or social care experience are desirable. You’ll work under clinical supervision, require a DBS check and be supported with training, development and involvement in research and innovation.
