We have an exciting opportunity for a Sister/Charge Nurse (Band 6) to join our Haematology/Stem Cell Transplant Unit here at The London Clinic. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £47,818 - £58,459 per annum. As well as this, you will be eligible for a £5,000 Golden Hello Bonus.*
Responsible for individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, using a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach to all patients with oncological/haematological care needs. To adopt a holistic pro-active and dynamic approach to patients with oncological/haematological care needs. To promote partnership with patients in their care. Awareness of the Holistic Needs Assessment programme. To promote safe practice and professional conduct. To encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients.
