Make a real difference caring for the tiniest patients as a Nursing Associate (Neonates) at King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill (SE5 9RS). This permanent, full‑time Band 4 post (£33,094–£36,195 pa inc HCAS) sits on a busy 36‑bed Level 3 neonatal medical and surgical unit caring for premature, medical and surgical newborns. You will work alongside neonatal nurses and the world‑renowned Harris Birthright Centre for Fetal Medicine, with rotation opportunities to the new Level 2 unit at Princess Royal University Hospital. The role requires NMC registration as a Nursing Associate and neonatal/paediatric experience; duties include delivering safe, family‑centred care under RN direction, recognising risk and escalating concerns, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in a learning‑focused environment.
This is a hands‑on role for someone with excellent communication skills, professionalism and a passion for family integrated care. You will supervise and mentor students and healthcare support workers, take part in internal and external paediatric study days, and work within the Trust values of Kind, Respectful, Team.
