Provide hands‑on, compassionate care in the Critical Care unit at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen (SA31). As a Nursing Support Worker (Critical Care) you’ll work under the delegated authority of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, individualised care: assisting with direct patient care, admissions and discharges, stocking equipment, and supporting the daily running of the unit. This permanent Band 3 role (pay £25,313–£26,999 pro rata) offers full‑time and part‑time hours, requires a Level 3 healthcare qualification or equivalent, and is subject to a DBS check. Welsh language skills are desirable; interviews are scheduled for 24/11/2025.
