As an Occupational Health Administrator (Agenda for Change Band 3) based at Furness General Hospital, Barrow‑in‑Furness (LA14), you will provide vital administrative and clerical support to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing service. The role is permanent and part‑time, and you will be the first point of contact for staff and clients, managing face‑to‑face, telephone and email enquiries with confidentiality and professionalism. Key duties include booking and managing appointments via the Occupational Health database, coordinating diaries, maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR, supporting digital filing and general office tasks, and providing cover during staff absences. The post requires good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), strong organisation and attention to detail, the ability to work on your own initiative, and it is subject to a DBS check.

The role offers Agenda for Change Band 3 pay (£24,937–£26,598 pa), mandatory training, annual appraisal and chances to develop your skills within a supportive team across the Morecambe Bay trust.
