Support men to rebuild day-to-day skills and independence as an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Farmfield Hospital, Charlwood (RH6). Working under an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver and adapt structured individual and group activities for adult men with complex mental health needs, including those with forensic histories. The role involves helping to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans, keeping accurate records and building one-to-one rapport to encourage participation in recreational and vocational therapies such as art, cooking, music and sports. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team and benefit from regional support and regular training to develop your clinical skills.
