Play a pivotal part delivering occupational therapy across schools, colleges and specialist provisions in the London Borough of Sutton and neighbouring boroughs as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist with Cognus Therapies. You’ll be part of a thriving multidisciplinary team of OTs, speech and language therapists and therapy assistants supporting children and young people aged 4–25, managing your own caseload with clinical and managerial supervision. Day‑to‑day duties include visiting educational settings, carrying out assessments, delivering one‑to‑one and small‑group programmes, advising parents, carers and school staff, writing reports, contributing to EHCP advice and liaising with other professionals. This permanent, full‑time (term‑time hours) post is based at Cognus in Wallington and local schools, offers a salary of £34,052–£42,744 a year (inclusive of HCAS), and is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check; skilled worker sponsorship will be considered.

This role is ideal for an HCPC‑ and RCOT‑registered occupational therapist with a degree in OT, paediatric and educational experience, strong assessment and ICT skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.
