Lead occupational therapy for acute neurosciences at Oxford University Hospitals (West Wing, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford OX3 7DU) as the Occupational Therapy Team Lead - Acute Neurosciences. This Band 7, permanent, full‑time post (salary £47,810–£54,710) heads the OT service for a 75‑bed acute neuroscience ward and the neuro intensive care unit. You will combine hands‑on, autonomous clinical work with operational leadership: managing a caseload of highly complex neuro‑surgical and neuro‑medical patients, supervising and teaching clinicians, therapy assistants and students, and initiating audits, quality‑improvement and evidence‑based projects. Closing date: 16 October 2025.
This role is for an experienced HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist with proven applied leadership skills and advanced neurorehabilitation expertise (diverse clinical experience across gerontology, neuroscience, orthopaedics and rehabilitation is valued; critical‑care experience desirable).
