As an Occupational Therapy Team Lead - Band 7 you will contribute to the operational and professional leadership of AHP colleagues, including, support workers, Physiotherapist and Speech and Language therapists within inpatient adult mental health services across Sandwell inpatient. The post holder will be a key member of the Mental Health Services Clinical and Management Team and will contribute to the overall management of those services. As an Occupational Therapy Team lead you will be responsible to the Service Manager and AHP Lead for Adult Mental Health, having designated responsibility for professional leadership and co-ordination of the AHP team as well as delivering complex occupational therapy assessments and interventions to Adults within inpatient services.
