Provide support to the specialties in facilitating achievement of key performance standards.To support in achievement, planning and monitoring of 18 week RTT pathways and targets.Support in monitoring cancer pathways of care by attending all specialty cancer team meetings to track and monitor pathways against the standards and targets, ensuring suspected cancer referrals and urgent referral patients are treated within the timescales and subsequent milestones are met.Participate in weekly monitoring of surgical capacity and demand, ensuring theatre sessions for the specialties are booked to capacityParticipate in the operational management of surgical bed capacity, ensuring as far as possible that day case and surgical bed availability is maximised.Support the operational teams with developing SBAR's, Business Cases and Capital bids as required.To support the operational teams and General Manager in ensuring that Governance Performance and Standards are integrated into the specialties, including service delivery, HR, performance management, business planning and development of future strategy.To support the operational teams with specialty and trust wide projects, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.Support the operational teams with budget and financial management ensuring appropriate use of resources.
