Play a central role supporting day-to-day operations for Avery Healthcare in Northampton (NN4) as an Operations Support Administrator. This full-time permanent post pays £28,000–£30,000 and involves close work with the Operations Support Manager, Regional and Operations Directors and care home managers to manage data systems, diary management, meeting planning and event organising, minute taking, letter production and other clerical duties. You will facilitate clear communication between departments and provide practical administrative support that keeps care homes running smoothly. The role requires a minimum NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies (or equivalent), at least three years’ administration experience, strong verbal and written communication and a professional telephone manner. A DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required; Avery will meet the DBS cost.
