About the role: - 1:1 tuition focusing on sensory activities, Makaton communication, and learning support. - Tuition will take place in the child's home in Barking. - 2 hours per day, no sessions on Thursdays. - Tutor must be experienced in working with children with very complex medical and physical needs, including neuromuscular conditions. - Makaton experience is essential. We welcome applications from: - Healthcare Assistants - Support Workers - Carehome Staff Relevant experience might include supporting children with PEG feeding, bulbar palsy, neuromuscular disorders, or similar complex medical needs.
