Lead compassionate paediatric care as a Paediatric Sister/Charge Nurse at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon (SN3 6BB). This Band 6, fixed‑term role (6 months) is offered part‑time at 25.5 hours per week, with a pro‑rata salary of £38,682–£46,580. You will manage day‑to‑day running of the Children's Unit/Paediatric Assessment Unit and Emergency Department for patients aged 0–18, co‑ordinating admissions, transfers and discharges, using PEWS, supporting safeguarding and acting as an advocate for children.
