You will also coordinate and attend appointments related to health and housing needs, support with medication administration, and help individuals engage with the community through activities they enjoy. Key Requirements: Experience: Understanding and experience working with autism and complex behaviours. Previous experience in a specialist autism setting. Knowledge of autism-specific approaches to communication, learning, and positive behaviour support. Experience working closely with families in a support capacity.
