Part‑time Female Support Worker in Walsall — £12.36 per hour, 16 hours per week. CareTech is seeking a confident, caring woman to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging or complex behaviours in a person‑centred setting. You’ll be out and about with service users as well as providing day‑to‑day support, working unsociable hours including weekends and bank holidays when needed. The role suits someone with experience in caring environments, excellent communication and writing skills, calm problem‑solving under pressure, and the ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be female; skilled or student visa holders cannot be considered. An enhanced DBS is required prior to starting and will be paid for by the employer.
