But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 2 shifts a week including nights and weekends.Where you will be working:Location:Chesterfield Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder. The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders. You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.What you will get:Annual
