Help keep Wellesley Hospital in Wellington safe, comfortable and welcoming as a Part Time Maintenance Technician for Elysium Healthcare. This practical, hands-on role is 22.5 hours a week (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm) and involves routine audits, planned preventative maintenance checks, general building repairs, painting and decorating, garden upkeep, and liaising with and escorting contractors while completing tool and contractor paperwork. You’ll join an established team, participate in a one‑week retained on‑call rota for emergency maintenance, prioritise daily tasks and work with a ‘can do’ attitude. Essential requirements include basic numeracy and literacy, general building trade experience, a full driving licence (no more than 3 points), your own transport, experience of face‑to‑face contact and a willingness to undergo a DBS check.
