Provide hands‑on, person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities in a permanent part‑time Support Worker role based in Wyton (between Huntingdon and St Ives). Working 27 hours per week across respite and supported living services, you will assist with personal care, promote independent living skills and support people to get the most out of their home and community life. The role suits caring, confident individuals — particularly women with caring experience — who hold a Level 2 Care Certificate (or equivalent) and are willing to undertake further training and work with people who may challenge. Occasional lone working is required; robust procedures are in place to keep staff safe. Appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.

This position offers practical flexibility and strong employer support: a mixture of shifts including earlies, lates and every other weekend (unsocial hours and weekend enhancements paid), plus the chance to pick up extra hours as a Relief Support Worker.
