Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients within our healthcare facility. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. The patient care coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that patient records in either CRM System or Patient Admin System created by them and for patients whom they subsequently take responsibility for are accurate and updated routinely. In line with the patient journey the PCC will ensure that the process is followed and that all appointments are made and completed in a timely fashion and that all financial transactions and processes are followed accurately.
