This is an exciting opportunity for an

Main duties of the job
Working as part of our reception team, carry out first line contact with the patients and ensure the smooth running of the reception/administration area between 1.45 - 6.45pm, Monday to Friday.Liaise with all relevant parties, including face to face, phone contact and emails with patients, clinicians and other health care professionals regarding queries.To ensure all administration duties and patient requests are processed in accordance with practice policies, confidentiality and health and safety protocols.Process patients requests and queriesBooking appointments from triaged requests together with face to face and telephone patient contactElectronic Document workflowProcess tasks and requests from clinicians, admin team and Practice Manager

Job summary
