Patient Care Navigator at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre — a hands‑on, part‑time role (22 hours a week across four days, Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturday morning shifts on a rota. You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors: greeting people at reception, answering calls with a clear, polite manner, making and managing appointments on the computer system, processing repeat prescriptions, arranging hospital bookings, handling specimens for pathology and keeping surgeries and clinics running smoothly.
