Patient Care Navigator at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre — a hands‑on, part‑time role (22 hours a week across four days, Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturday morning shifts on a rota. You will be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors: greeting people at reception, answering calls with a clear, polite manner, making and managing appointments on the computer system, processing repeat prescriptions, arranging hospital bookings, handling specimens for pathology and keeping surgeries and clinics running smoothly. The role suits carers and women who enjoy supportive, person‑centred work, have strong administration and IT skills, can work discreetly with confidential information and stay calm when thinking on their feet. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
