Support patients, relatives and clinical teams at Cambridge University Hospitals as a Patient Experience Booking Coordinator based at Addenbrooke’s (CB2). This frontline administrative role, band 3 (£24,937–£26,598 pro rata), sits within Outpatients and Patient Experience and is ideal for carers and organised communicators with reception or busy-office experience. You will handle enquiries by phone, email and in person; register and update patient and referral information on Trust systems; accurately book interpreting and accessibility services; maintain spreadsheets and records for reporting; and cover the outpatient main reception when needed. Essential requirements include GCSE-level education or equivalent and an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service/Business Admin/ITQ (or similar), confident IT and typing skills, previous customer‑facing experience and the ability to safeguard confidential information.
