Job summary
A highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual is required to join our team on the Acute Medical Unit at the Royal Oldham Hospital.The role of the Patient Flow Support is to assist the department with patient flow coming in and out of the Ward, escalating any delays to the relevant service leads and Site Management team.

Main duties of the job
The Patient Flow Tracker will escalate potential delays in a timely manner working closely with doctors, nurses and support staff.You will ideally have administration

Experience
in a health or social care setting, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.You must be able to use your initiative, be flexible in approach and work well in a busy team.Confidentiality and professionalism must be maintained at all times.
