Working within the Oncology and Haematology Patient Pathway Team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath (BA1), the Patient Pathway Coordinator provides essential administrative and communication support across consultants, clinicians, CNS and Pharmacy. You will manage patient correspondence, appointments, waiting lists and RTT entries, order diagnostic tests and prepare medical records, using systems such as Cerner Millennium to keep electronic records accurate. Acting as a central point for enquiries, you’ll help minimise delays in care and support patients through both routine elective and cancer pathways — a busy, varied role where you’ll continually develop new skills. This is a permanent, full‑time Agenda for Change Band 3 post, salary £24,937–£26,598 pa (pro rata).

Ideal for experienced administrators, compassionate carers and women seeking a meaningful role that combines strong organisation with patient-facing empathy, the role asks for proven office/admin experience and GCSE (or equivalent); typing skills and knowledge of RTT/Cancer Waiting Time targets are desirable.
