We have an exciting opportunity for a new HR Business Partner to support our ambitious growth plans as we continue to expand throughout the UK.
We are looking for someone to partner with both regional and support office managers & teams to drive and support the people plan. The range of responsibilities will include: employee relations, performance management, disciplinary, grievances and absence management, workforce planning, employee engagement, health and wellbeing and HR value add projects to underpin our attraction and retention strategy. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, fast-paced working environment.
About us
Partner with managers on forecasting workforce requirements, ensuring any changes are proactively managed, including assessing requirements, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent. Support the Great Places to Work Accreditation accreditation by supporting and driving action plans for hospitals and departments with programs and activities to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organisational culture Actively support the Mental Health at Work Commitment via the standards for our workforce along with health and wellbeing initiatives Deliver and own specific projects that are national and local such as developing innovative HR practices, implementing new technologies, or improving HR processes Support on external and internal reporting and company led initiatives to ensure we foster a culture of inclusion for our patients, carers, and colleagues needs. Support line managers and colleagues on advice in relation to HR policy and procedures Partner with managers on formal cases of disciplinary and grievances with regards to guiding and coaching on best practice with the aim of corrective action and maintaining consistent standards of conduct across the organisation
