As People Partner (Maternity Cover) at Community Hospice in Abbey Wood (SE2), you will deliver hands‑on, operational HR support across clinical and non‑clinical teams serving Greenwich and Bexley. This fixed‑term 14‑month, full‑time role (flexible working) reports to the Head of People and pays £35,234–£46,385. You will lead recruitment and selection, manage complex employee relations including grievance, disciplinary, capability and absence cases, develop and deliver targeted training, maintain HR policies and contribute to job evaluation panels (Agenda for Change). Strong written and verbal communication, influencing skills, CIPD‑level qualification (or equivalent) and experience with HRIS and project work are essential to succeed in this role.
