PERMANENT
Job description
This role as Performance Team Admin Support Officer & Validator at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is about keeping patient timelines accurate so treatment journeys and RTT (Referral to Treatment) positions reflect reality. You will work from Manchester Royal Infirmary (Oxford Road, M13) in a permanent, part-time post (Agenda for Change Band 3, £24,937–£26,598 per annum pro rata). Day-to-day you will validate and update pathway data, work closely with MRI Performance Managers, spot and flag potential breaches, and escalate issues to Clinical Service Unit teams and Service Managers. The job requires routine contact across the Trust, confident use of complex software (including the Hive electronic patient record), good administrative experience, and a clear understanding of RTT rules, data protection and patient confidentiality; GCSEs/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and experience of working to deadlines are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for carers and women seeking a meaningful, flexible role behind the scenes of patient care. You’ll be part of a large, digitally enabled Trust that values inclusion, career development and innovation, with access to training, research-led services and a supportive team culture that understands caring responsibilities. If you have strong attention to detail, IT skills and a commitment to accurate patient records, click the "Apply Now" button shown alongside this advert to start your application.
