PharmaC (The Clatterbridge Pharmacy Ltd) is recruiting a Pharmacy Assistant to be based at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool (L7). This permanent, full‑time role (40 hours/week) sits at Agenda for Change Band 3 with a starting salary of £26,209 pro rata, rising to £27,837 after one year on successful appraisal. You’ll work within a professional, diverse pharmacy team supplying medicines across the Trust — tasks include ordering, receiving and distributing stock, dispensing and selling, date‑checking and safe destruction, accurate record‑keeping, and maintaining compliant storage. Good IT skills, careful attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to follow procedures are essential. The role may require occasional travel to other PharmaC sites and successful candidates must complete a DBS check.
