As a Pharmacy Technician at Boyatt Wood Surgery and Eastleigh Medical Practice you will deliver specialist pharmaceutical support across two busy practices in Eastleigh. Working at Band 5 equivalent (£30,225–£32,175) with NHS pension available and both full- and part-time options, your day-to-day will include medicines reconciliation, updating clinical records, managing repeat prescriptions, liaising with community pharmacies and district nurses, and supporting medicines optimisation. You will help deliver structured medication reviews (including care homes), use safety tools such as PINCER and PRIT, support audits and stock management, and contribute to practice prescribing policy and QOF delivery while working with EMIS and a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, ANPs, GPs and nurses.
This role suits a registered GPhC Pharmacy Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with experience in medicines optimisation, dispensing or primary care who enjoys patient-facing work and thrives in a collaborative setting.
