As a Physiotherapy / Rehab Assistant at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust based at St Helier Hospital in Carshalton (SM5), you’ll support Neuro physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation for in-patients with complex neurological needs. The role is patient-facing across hospital wards including critical care, involving hands-on mobility, rehabilitative exercises and some unsupervised clinical work as competency develops, together with administrative duties and equipment preparation. This permanent, part-time Band 3 post pays £29,651–£31,312 pa (incl HCAS Outer, pro rata) and requires good communication, IT skills, A level/BTEC or equivalent, physical fitness and a willingness to learn; desirable extras include an NVQ, experience in falls prevention and a UK driving licence. A DBS check is required.
