Based at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor (LL57), this permanent, part‑time role as a Technical Instructor / Physiotherapy Assistant with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board supports physiotherapists and the multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation and facilitate timely hospital discharges. You will work primarily with orthopaedic patients (trauma and arthroplasty) and people with co‑existing needs such as stroke, respiratory conditions and frailty, independently implementing physiotherapy treatment programmes for a designated caseload, supporting pulmonary rehabilitation classes, keeping clinical records to professional standards and supervising less experienced assistants. The post is Band 3 (salary £25,313–£26,999 pro‑rata), requires NVQ Level 3/BTEC or equivalent (or working towards), physical fitness for manual handling, and is subject to a DBS check; Welsh speakers are welcome but not essential.
