Job description
Jason Court provides care and support to individuals across Northern Ireland, specialising in Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disability.
Our aim is for those individual people we have responsibility to care for to feel a sense of value, respect and trust. At Jason Court we provide 24-hour nursing care. The service is situated across two floors, comprising of 59 individual living spaces, with access to outside space on the ground floor. 11 of the rooms have their own private garden areas.
The service is situated close to the city centre and has a very handy bus service to the location.
You support and assist qualified staff in the planning and implementation of resident care. Delivering care to the resident as prescribed by the individual care plans.
What We Need From You-

What We Need From You-
- Experience in health and social care
- Be NISCC registered or eligible
- Minimum of 1 years experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
