Primary Care Administrator – The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, Wolverhampton (WV10). This hands-on role keeps our PCN practices running smoothly: you’ll provide friendly reception and telephone support, direct patients to the right service, and deliver a range of administrative duties for clinical teams, including use of practice clinical systems. You’ll need previous reception or office experience, good customer‑care skills, confidence with Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail; GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) are essential and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or EMIS experience is desirable. The post is permanent, Band 2 (salary £24,465 per annum pro rata), with full‑time and part‑time hours available, occasional work across different sites, a Disclosure and Barring Service check is required, and skilled worker sponsorship applications will be considered.
