Job description
- To support GP's and pharmacy to deliver lifestyle intervention and to achieve set targets.
- Develop routine and and ad-hoc reports for manager, GP surgeries and EWS teams.
- Work along side EWS BI analyst with regard to call and recall
- Motivate GP and pharmacies to engage with the Essex Wellbeing Service
