Job description
Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Principal Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber to spearhead the innovative Integrated Neighbourhood model of care within Lewisham. This pivotal role, rooted in the Lewisham Integrated Medicines Optimisation Service, offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and clinical leadership.
