Qualified Psychologist (Community / Home Based) with St Andrew’s Healthcare: a largely home-based role (approximately 90% remote) delivering community mental health therapy across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. You’ll provide psychological assessment, formulation and outcome-focused interventions within a psychology-led service, working with Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTRs) and partners including the National Probation Service. This fixed-term (12 months) post suits experienced HCPC-registered psychologists (or those able to register soon) comfortable supervising assistant psychologists, using or developing skills in CBT, EMDR and Compassion-Focused Therapy, and travelling locally for face-to-face appointments where needed. The role is flexible—part-time hours from 22.5 to 30 per week are available—so it can fit around family life and caring commitments.
