Job description
Radiology Support Worker with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, based at Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran (NP44). This practical, hands-on role sits within Interventional Radiology and is ideal for caring people who enjoy working closely with patients and clinical teams. You will provide clinical support to doctors, radiographers and nurses, help prepare and clean procedure and examination rooms (observing aseptic technique when required), assist with safe manual handling, keep supplies stocked and respond to general enquiries by directing calls. The post suits those with healthcare experience or an NVQ Level 3 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check; Welsh speakers are welcome but not essential.
