Support Occupational Therapists in Slough’s Reablement and Independence Service, working across people’s homes, hospitals and care settings to help residents regain confidence and live more independently. This community-based role involves strength-based assessments, rehabilitation and recovery-focused interventions for people with physical, mental health, learning or age-related needs. You’ll work within a friendly multidisciplinary team and with Local Access Points and discharge services to coordinate person-centred care. The post is permanent, full-time on a flexible rota covering seven days (including weekends, bank holidays and occasional out‑of‑hours), based in Slough (SL1) with a salary of £30,160–£35,530 inclusive of local weighting allowance and a 14% shift enhancement. The role requires an enhanced DBS check, a right to work in the UK and, where necessary, a vehicle insured for work-related use to transport equipment.
