Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiast, committed and passionate individual to join the administrative team, within International and Private Care Unit.
The Outpatient & Reception Co Ordinator post holder will be able to cover all areas of the Outpatient and Reception service ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to all users.
The post combines several functions to support administrative staff, the daily functions of the Outpatient & Reception Coordinator service include managing the coordination of consultant clinic rooms, Meeting and greeting all stakeholders, clients, patients, and their families, delivering a high-quality service to all users, management of reception staff rota and outpatient estimates.
The post-holder will be one of the first points of contact within a busy department. The individual will be required to provide a high level of customer care, be a team player, priorities own workload whilst
providing leadership support.
You will be required to wear clothing in accordance with the Trusts uniform policy and infection control requirements as you will be based in a clinical area.
The service hours are Monday -Thursday 07:00-20:00, Friday 07:00-18:00 and Saturday 07:00-15:00. The core hours for this role are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 but you may be required to work
alternative hours depending on the needs of the service.
