Allesley Park Medical Centre are looking to recruit a Reception Team Leader who will work as part of the reception team while also leading the reception staff. The role is to oversee day to day operations, arranging rota's and ensure there is adequate cover while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

The Reception Team Leader, reporting to the Practice Manager, will oversee a team of 8 receptionist who provide direction, support & assistance to patients when contacting the practice.

This role is 35 hours per week over 5 days, agenda for change pay band 4.

The Reception Team Leader is responsible for the first line management of the reception team. They act as the first point of contact for any problems raised by staff, escalating to Practice Manger as necessary. They must ensure the reception team are well trained, supported, organised and provide an efficient and effective service to our patients.
