Tasburgh Lodge Surgery in Woodhall Spa (LN10) seeks a warm, organised GP Receptionist / Care Navigator for a part‑time permanent post of approximately 21 hours per week. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing reception duties such as greeting and directing enquiries, answering and triaging phone calls, booking and rescheduling appointments, issuing prescriptions and handling mail. The role also includes essential administrative tasks — data entry, scanning and attaching documents to records, processing referrals and requests (ERS, SARs, DVLA forms), maintaining stationery and supporting QOF and enhanced service processes. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.

This position suits someone with empathy, good communication skills and a can‑do approach — ideal for carers or women looking for meaningful, part‑time work within a supportive, family‑minded practice.
