This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a caring and professional environment where no two days are the same.As one of the first points of contact for patients, youll ensure every visitor receives a warm, professional welcome. Youll manage patient appointments, answer telephone enquiries, and assist with general administration tasks that help our services run efficiently.

Main duties of the job
As our receptionist, your responsibilities will include:Greeting and attending patients for their diagnostic and MSK appointments.Preparing clinic paperwork and ensuring appointments are ready for the following day.Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries, directing them to the right member of the team.Supporting colleagues by maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.Assisting with chaperoning duties and general office administration when required.Well provide full training and ongoing support so you can confidently deliver the high standard of care and service our patients expect.

Experience
in a customer-facing or administrative role.Confident IT and data entry skills.A polite and approachable manner with a genuine desire to help others.

Experience
