Aria Healthcare is currently seeking a highly experienced Regional Decorator to join their Property Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing decoration projects in their Care Homes across the East Region, ensuring a high standard of work is maintained. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary and car allowance/company vehicle.
As the Regional Decorator, you will be tasked with preparing and decorating the interiors and exteriors of Aria Healthcare's Care Homes in the East Region, which includes locations in Norfolk, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. You will need to be an experienced painter and decorator, capable of working with minimal supervision and holding a valid CSCS card. The role will involve daily travel to the Care Homes, and you will be responsible for planning the projects, using the paint, varnish, and wallpaper supplied through the Property Helpdesk. We are currently looking to add a strong a Regional Decorator to our Property Services Team. Ideally you will be based around the Cambridge to cover our East Region with the above locations and be prepared to travel to our Care Homes Daily.
You will need to be an experienced painter/decorator to plan the projects along with preparing the site to use paint, varnish and wallpaper supplied via our Property Helpdesk to decorate our Care Homes inside and out to a high standard.
The right person for this role will be happy to work under your own discretion with minimal supervision and hold CSCS card.
