Job summary
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team to support service users across a number of small complex care services, and residential care homes in East Midlands, Staffordshire and potentially other services within the Yorkshire & Midlands region. As a Regional Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will assist in clinically related activities and administration, engage with the multidisciplinary team and ensure that the service users are fully engaged in their care pathway.

of working with adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autistic adults, and a passion to learn and develop, to join our friendly team in the region.As a Regional Occupational Therapist Assistant, working 37.5 hours a week, you will assist in clinically related activities and administration, You will engage with the multidisciplinary team and ensure that the service users are fully engaged in their care pathway.Your role will include a significant focus on supporting Autistic adults and adults with a Learning Disability with their goals, including encouraging independence and development of life skills with a focus on improving quality of life.Training opportunities will be available for the successful candidate along with clinical and management supervision.The role involves travelling to different services within a geographical region; a driver’s licence and access to a car would be required to fulfil this role.
