We have a skilled nurse team made up of RMNs, RGNs, and RNLDs and are looking for someone else to join our team. Our service supports people with Complex Mental Health needs and Neurological conditions and we are looking for someone who would like to work in this sector. This is an exciting opportunity for people who have the skills and enthusiasm to support people living on our site with their rehabilitation plans and making every day a good day. The job role is varied and interesting and includes tasks such as managing the units, documentation, leading on rehabilitation, management of junior staff and ensuring the people living in our home have an excellent quality of life. Our units are highly staffed to ensure people living in the home are able to access the community, trips out and have quality time with our staff team. We run on high staffing levels that ensure staff are supported and have time to complete their roles in a supportive environment.
